About Chad
Chad moved to the Central Coast in 2010 to attend Cal Poly, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Chad continued his education at Tulane Law School where he was substantially involved with the Tulane Environmental Law program. Chad served local communities as an attorney with the Environmental Law Clinic, wrote for and acted as Articles Editor for the Environmental Law Journal, and worked alongside leading environmental attorneys on pressing matters affecting the Southern United States.
Following law school, Chad worked for the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada, serving as a trusted attorney and advisor to the Commission Chair. Chad worked on a wide range of complex projects, legal matters, and plans for the future of Nevada’s energy landscape. In particular, Chad honed the skill of precise legal, writing decisions implementing billion-dollar projects with lasting impacts on Nevada’s energy future and utility service providers.
Upon returning to the Central Coast, Chad has devoted his practice to assisting families and individuals with their estate planning needs, and helping local businesses grow, expand, and navigate legal challenges. Chad applies his acute attention to detail to all of his work, knowing that precise legal drafting is essential in implementing estate plans and business formations in order to avoiding misunderstandings and challenges in the future. Chad is proud to be a trusted member of the community and to bring his education and experiences to serve the people of the Central Coast.
In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife (a Los Osos native) and two young boys.
